LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED INELIGIBLE.

PRE-FILING REVIEW

If you are unsure about any aspect of your application materials, you may submit your application by September 1, 2008 (two weeks prior to the deadline) and the staff will review your materials, contact you and allow you to make any necessary additions or corrections to your application package. Please contact the office and make arrangements for this assistance.

GRANT APPLICATION TIMELINE

Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. at the Cultural Fund office.

Peer panelists on-site visits to organizations.

December - January
Peer panel review meetings.

February 2009
Earliest announcement of grant award or rejection.

Mid-February 2008
Appeals hearing

Mid-February 2008
The Philadelphia Cultural Fund, Board of Directors review and approval of grants
