2020 Youth Arts Impact Grant
Grants to organizations that produce meaningful cultural and arts experiences for Philadelphia’s youth.
The Philadelphia Cultural Fund awarded $200,170 in grants of $5,410 each to 37 small and mid-sized Philadelphia organizations that are providing meaningful cultural and arts experiences for Philadelphia’s youth.
In response to COVID-19 and the impact it is having on the arts community, the Philadelphia Cultural Fund suspended the 2020 Youth Arts Enrichment Grant and redirected the funds to more broadly support small and mid-sized organizations that can be most threatened during the health crisis.
The 2020 Youth Arts Impact Grants are intended to help alleviate the financial hardship organizations are facing due to the pandemic and to acknowledge their vital work to serve the city’s youth. The grantee organizations represent a wide array of disciplines in their programming such as visual arts, dance, music, creative writing, and theatre.
Grants are made from the City’s FY20 budget allocation to the Philadelphia Cultural Fund.
Congratulations to our grantees!
