This application must be completed by any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization requesting to serve as a fiscal sponsor/parent organization for Philadelphia based organizations who would like to apply for a Philadelphia Cultural Fund grant. Find the list of PCF Pre-Approved Fiscal Sponsors and the Fiscal Sponsor Guidelines here.

Application deadline to serve as fiscal sponsor/parent organization for the 2024 Art & Culture Grant cycle is Friday November 3, 2023, at 11:59 pm.
