The Philadelphia Cultural Fund’s (PCF) approach to the 2022 grant cycle and the application process have been modified from years past. PCF awarded one-year general operating grants either through the 2022 A&C Grant application process, for new applicants, or via a regrant to organizations with average operating budgets under $1.5 million that received a 2020 Art & Culture Grant.
Follow the link below to read more details regarding the 2022 grant cycle allocation, process, and key decisions as set by PCF’s Board of Directors.

Philadelphia Cultural Fund Allocation for 2021
In June 2020, the City approved a FY21 budget that provided the Philadelphia Cultural Fund (PCF) with a drastically reduced allocation of $1 million, a 68% cut from the $3.14 million PCF had received in past years.
This reduction, unfortunately, had a significant impact on PCF’s operations and the grants we were able to provide to Philadelphia’s arts and culture community for 2021. In March 2020 we awarded roughly $2.8 million to 349 organizations; for FY21 PCF awarded slightly over $900,000 to 205 organizations.
